This striking site is also named the Tirta Empul Temple where

Siring is also a place where the first President built the Palace
of Indonesia State. The Palace looks elegant and majestic; we
can see the hill wraps the entire neighborhood. At the Tirta
Empul Temple, many water sources can be found which are often
used by the people both for showering and worship intentions,
